The investment scale of the two subsidiaries is expected to be more than 100 million yuan, covering an area of 100 mu respectively. After completion, it is expected that the sales revenue of each subsidiary will increase by 300 million yuan.


"At present, the company also considers adding another subsidiary in the central and western regions, so as to further improve the layout of xunxing in the national market." Energy application pit. He believes that at present, most zipper enterprises in China are still limited to the mode of regional development, and there are very few enterprises developing across provinces, so it is difficult to form manufacturing enterprises with strong competitiveness. Especially in the face of the blockade of technology and equipment of foreign zipper enterprises, it is conceivable that the development of Chinese zipper enterprises is difficult.


When xunxing Co., Ltd. accelerated the national market layout, Fuxing Group, the second largest zipper manufacturer in Fujian, also established its first wholly-owned subsidiary in Qingdao, Shandong this year and is expected to be officially put into operation in September this year.


"Fuxing Group plans to establish new production bases in five domestic cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Ningbo and Qingdao in the next three years. Each production base will radiate the sales area with a peripheral radius of 300 km. Shanghai may become the second place where we need to focus on setting up subsidiaries outside the province this year. " Hong Qingliang, chairman of Fuxing Group, revealed in an interview with reporters.


At present, the company is stepping up preparations for listing in Singapore, and the specific situation is expected to be officially determined by the end of this year.


Regional brands promote zipper industry


"Zipper products emphasize after-sales service and supply time management. Only by setting up factories in key sales areas, shortening supply time, ensuring first-class after-sales service and becoming a national zipper brand will it really live up to its name. " Hong Qingliang thinks.
